If soured milk, do not rush to throw it. You can cook amazing pancakes.
I rarely drink milk at home, but actively use it in their confectionery. If the milk turns sour, I make pancakes out of it at home. But this time I took a serum that remained after my cooking cottage cheese (link to recipe will leave at the end of the article). I think the crepes is a versatile product that can be cooked on anything. I have already published various recipes of pancakes, today in the treasury add another option.
All the ingredients needed to prepare pancakes, you will find at the end of the article. Enjoy reading!
Cooking method
I was serum from the fridge, so I did a little warmed up to room temperature. Further adding salt, sugar and eggs, using all corolla whip until uniform. In some stages I enter the sifted flour and mix. I just sift the flour into the dough, so as not to spend the extra time.
When all the flour is introduced, I strain the batter through a sieve to get rid of lumps. Lumps are rare, but I can not stand when they meet in the finished pancakes. At the end I add the vegetable oil, and the last time all stirred until uniform. Dough leave for 20-30 minutes and then cook stuff.
While the dough is resting, I heat the pan to avoid a situation of "better luck next time," I have all the pancakes turn-baked. However, I am not master of perfect pancakes and I are obtained are uneven and sometimes with holes. I warm up a frying pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Then grease with vegetable oil and fry the pancake on both sides.
Pancakes are obtained thin, with small bubbles. Most of all I love pancakes with sweet fillings: jam, honey, caramel. If you liking salty or meat filling, sugar from the better to exclude.
