Ham chopped turkey in vetchinnitse

Ingredients:

Fillet of turkey breast - 700 g.
Turkey thigh fillets - 700 g.
Eggs - 60 g (1 pc. large)
Milk 1.5% fat - 100 ml.
Gelatin - 20 g.
Vodka or brandy - 50 ml.
Salt, spices - to taste.

Preparation:

1. Rinse the meat, cut into pieces.

2. Scroll to the stuffing (part - large pieces - fine, if desired. This will give an inhomogeneous structure ham).

3. The minced add 1 egg, 100 ml. milk 1.5% fat, 50 ml. vodka or cognac. Alcohol will give the meat a delicate pink color.
