I continue the acute topic of diabetic recipes for me. I tried baking linen cookies in a variety of variations, this one turned out to be the most delicious. Here I used the work of other authors, plus added a little gag. Beware, this is not a diet recipe! A lot of calories. For 100 g KBJU 385/24/22/23. With a single cookie weighing about 10 g, it has only 2.3 g of carbohydrates, and they are not fast!
Ingredients: Flaxseed flour, Oatmeal, Almond flour, eggs, milk, Sugar substitute. Recommend Sucralose: 0 carbs, 0 calories
Cooking method:
First mix all liquid ingredients (eggs, milk)
Then, in turn, add dry ones: first sakhzam (to evenly dissolve), then flour.
It will not be liquid, but sticky dough. Form rounds with wet hands, put on a baking sheet (I use a silicone mat) and send to the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. When the whole cookie is evenly dry, you can pull it out.
If you want to reduce calories, put 1 egg instead of 2, add more milk (you can use sour cream) or replace it with water. Avoid almond flour, it is very high in calories. reduce the proportion of oatmeal or give it up altogether. Due to these steps, the calorie content is reduced by almost 2 times, to about 200kcal per 100g. Of course, it will not be so tasty and crispy, but this can be compensated by sweetness.
And here is the result! Bon appetit 😉
