Today I will tell my readers about an unusual recipe, namely about invigorating balls of coffee and chocolate. There are situations in life when it is necessary cheer up and drive away the coming dream, for example, while driving, on a long trip, or while working the night shift. Drinking carbonated energy drinks with caffeine - unhealthy. It is better to use a useful analogue, which is also very easy and quick to make. My husband and I often take such "invigorating" balls with us on a fishing trip.

1. We need dark chocolate bar, preferably with a cocoa content of at least 70 percent. Break the chocolate into slices and place in a steam bath for 5 minutes. Then add 30 milliliters of cream and leave for another 5 minutes, remembering to stir the chocolate with a spoon. After 10 minutes, the chocolate with cream will acquire the consistency of gruel, and we remove it from the heat. Scroll the photo to the right.

2. Let the chocolate cool slightly and add about 100 grams of coffee beans, I took arabica beans. Any coffee will do, it doesn't have to be of the strongest varieties. Next, we form balls and an excellent effective energy drink is ready. It should be said that the taste of the balls, of course, is slightly bitter, but you can eat, with what it is easy.
