Ingredients: water, fish soup set, celery stalk, processed cheese, onions, carrots, potatoes, bulgur, butter, vegetable oil, salt, dried celery
Cooking method:
Pour the fish set for soup (head, tail, skin) with cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Add celery, bay leaf, salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the fish and vegetables from the pan, strain the broth. Disassemble the fish from the bones. Return the broth to the fire.
Peel and cut potatoes, onions and carrots. Dip potatoes in boiling broth, cook until half cooked.
Fry the bulgur in butter for 5 minutes until transparent, add to the potatoes.
Saute onions and carrots in vegetable oil, transfer to a saucepan, bring to a boil, add dried celery.
Cut the cheese into cubes, add to the boiling soup and stir continuously to melt the cheese. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
