Pork in tomato sauce is a hearty meat dish that can be prepared for lunch or dinner for the whole family in a fairly short period of time.
Pasta, boiled rice or mashed potatoes are ideal as a side dish. A salad of fresh summer vegetables will also be useful.
If you cook just for yourself, then such meat will fit as an independent dish. It is very tasty to dip the freshest bread with a crispy crust into the sauce, along with delicious slices of stewed pork.
Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Onions - 50 g
Tomato sauce - 3-4 tablespoons
Flour - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Hot pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Parsley - 4 sprigs
Preparation:
1. To cook pork in tomato sauce, prepare the foods listed. Wash the meat under running water, pat dry with a paper towel, peel the onion.
2. Heat unscented refined vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the thinly sliced pork in it until golden brown. When the meat becomes a beautiful color, pour in a little water, cover, turn the heat down and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the slices are tender.
3. When the water has completely boiled away, add the onion chopped into half rings, if necessary, you can pour in another spoonful of vegetable oil.
4. Once the onions are soft and transparent, add the chopped hot peppers to taste and the crushed garlic clove to the pan, and simmer everything together for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Add 2 to 1 water to your favorite tomato sauce, stir to avoid lumps.
6. Pour the tomato sauce into the pan and simmer the dish over low heat for 5 minutes.
7. Now add a little flour to make the sauce thicken faster and become smooth and glossy. Stir the dish, salt to taste, pepper and cook for literally 2 more minutes.
8. Chop fresh parsley with a knife, add it to the meat, stir, turn off the stove. Cover the finished dish with a lid and let it brew for 10 minutes before serving.
9. Pork in tomato sauce is ready. Can be served directly in the skillet.
