Preparation:
1. Peel young potatoes by scraping off with a knife, peel off the peel from late varieties of root crops. Rinse tubers in water, cut out eyes, if present.

4. Pour in odorless vegetable oil: refined olive or sunflower oil.
5. Gently mix the entire contents of the container together. The ground paprika will become colorful as it mixes with the oil and give the created dish a bright color. Pour hot water over the edge of the container. It is imperative to add, since the potato absorbs it during heat treatment and becomes juicy, crumbly.
6. Place the covered container in the microwave, turn on the appliance at full power and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the container, carefully remove the lid, releasing steam so as not to burn yourself. Stir the potato slices to cook evenly. Cover again and place in the microwave. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, depending on the power of the technique. Pierce the potatoes with a fork or knife, checking that they are done.
7. Put the prepared dish on plates without broth, sprinkle with fresh herbs, serve with meat or sausage, fish.
