Today I suggest you cook a kind of "lazy" lunch - pasta and sausage. Of course, this version of the dish does not pretend to be correct and useful, but the recipe impresses with its simplicity and speed, so sometimes, in moments of lack of time, it may come in handy. It is better to always choose pasta of durum wheat, so that they do not boil over and stick together after cooking, besides, they are much healthier and tastier than ordinary ones. You can serve the dish to the table just like that, or you can add a little more ketchup, vegetables, pickles, herbs, etc. to it.
Ingredients:
Pasta - 100 g
Boiled sausage - 100 g
Smoked sausage - 150 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Hard cheese - 80 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Butter - 15 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Boil clean water on the stove, add salt and paste, cook according to the instructions on the package. After the time indicated on it, drain the water, add a little butter to the pasta, set them aside for a while.
3. Peel the onions, rinse and dry. Cut into small cubes. Also peel a chive, chop finely and finely.
4. Cut the boiled sausage into medium cubes.
5. Then cut the smoked sausage into similar cubes.
6. When all the ingredients are prepared, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, add onions and garlic. Saute for about 3-4 minutes, then add the sausage and fry everything together for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and other spices may not be added, since they are already present in sausages.
7. Add pasta and a spoonful of tomato sauce to the pan, stir and heat for a couple of minutes.
8. Arrange the navy pasta with fried sausage and onions on plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
