Today I suggest you cook delicious cutlets for lunch or dinner - juicy, tender, hearty and nutritious. Everyone should like them, since they consist of minced meat, and cabbage is not particularly audible in the dish, it no longer stands for taste, but for juiciness, the very structure of cutlets.
Among other things, you can add a little onion and a couple of garlic cloves. You can fry in a pan, if desired, bake in the oven - as you like. Serve cutlets with cabbage and minced meat with different vegetables or more hearty side dishes - potatoes, cereals, pasta.
Ingredients:
Minced pork - 300 g
Cabbage - 150 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. It is not necessary to use minced pork, you can take a mixed one - from pork and beef, or use a dietary option - from chicken or turkey.
2. Select fresh young cabbage, remove the top leaves and discard, and cut the forks into arbitrary pieces, so that it is convenient to grind in a meat grinder or blender.
3. Peel a medium-sized onion and a couple of garlic cloves, rinse and chop randomly.
4. Put cabbage and onion with garlic into the bowl of a kitchen blender, add one chicken egg there. Grind everything at high speeds until smooth.
5. Take a deep bowl and transfer the cooked minced meat into it.
6. Add chopped vegetable mass to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
7. Form cutlets from the cooked cabbage and minced meat, roll them in wheat flour.
8. Heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, transfer all semi-finished products and fry until golden brown on both sides.
9. Serve the cutlets hot, but they are also very tasty when cold.
