To make the meat not bland, it must first be marinated - for the marinade, you can choose your favorite components that you are used to using. Chicken goes well with soy sauce, it is also delicious to add a little mustard and a couple of drops of honey, a little aromatic adjika and spices here - a delicious lunch is guaranteed.
The kebab should be served with ketchup or sauce, light vegetable salad or a more hearty side dish in the form of porridge, potatoes.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Adjika - 1 tbsp.
Honey - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 30 ml
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Paprika, salt, pepper - to taste
Sweet mustard - 1 tsp
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list.
2. Select fresh chicken fillet, rinse under cool water, dry. Cut into medium-sized pieces, so that later it is convenient to string on skewers.
3. Prepare a deep bowl for the marinade. It is not necessary to use exactly the option that I suggest, you can take your favorites spices, herbs, etc. So, pour some honey into a bowl, add sweet mustard and a spoonful of the most delicious adjika.
4. Then pour vegetable oil into a bowl and add soy sauce. You can add some ketchup, garlic, hot chili, etc.
5. From spices, I suggest choosing paprika, salt and ground pepper. Stir the marinade with them and be sure to remove the sample, if the taste suits you completely - great, if in your opinion something is missing - you need to add a little more seasonings.
6. Transfer the chicken to the marinade and mix well, marinate for 40 minutes.
7. Now "put" pieces of chicken meat on each skewer, heat up the oven in parallel and set the temperature to 180 degrees.
8. Shish kebabs-blanks to transfer to the form so that they are free from each other, and then send to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, pour marinade a couple of times during this time.
9. Serve the ready-made chicken skewers on skewers to the table.
