Step 1 - To make an avocado and egg salad at home, take the foods listed. Apart from the obligatory avocados and hard boiled eggs, all other ingredients are variable. Choose what you love, how it goes with each other, and at the same time has a different taste, texture, color. Meat eaters can add bacon, ham. If desired, enter cheese, both soft and brine, hard.

Step 3 - Next, fill in the free space. For example, we give a part under a red onion chopped in half rings. Vibrant colors decorate the avocado salad. Peel a cucumber with a tough or bitter skin, then cut into circles and put in the following rows.

Step 4 - Set aside the remaining empty space under the slices of delicious tomatoes. Very small / cherry blossoms are sufficient to cut in half. In the center we put chopped in any way or just crumbled hard-boiled eggs.

Step 5 - Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper on top. Sprinkle with balsamic, lime or lemon juice and vegetable oil. You have the right to continue the list of spices, increasing the sharpness, pungency, sourness, as well as adding a spicy note, sweetness. All of these ingredients are convenient to place together. We lightly season the sliced ​​appetizer on top, serve the hot-wine liquid itself in a gravy boat next to it - everyone will decide for himself how much dressing is needed.

Step 6 - Decorate the salad with avocado and egg with citrus wedges, a branch of fresh herbs and serve.
