Quick salads, like a magic wand, are always ready to "help" if you need to urgently set the table, and time is short. And if a minimum set of the simplest ingredients is required, then this is doubly pleasing to the hostesses.

Fresh cucumber salad is always the aroma of summer freshness. In order not to make the dish heavier, it is better to give preference not to mayonnaise, but to sour cream or yogurt as a dressing.

Ingredients:

Cucumbers (small) - 6 pcs.

Chicken egg (hard-boiled) - 2 pcs.

Semi-hard cheese - 50 g

Sour cream with a fat content of 20% - 3 tbsp.

Garlic - 1 clove

Green onions - to taste

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the ingredients: it is good if the cucumbers are young, with thin skin and small seeds. If they are large, then it is better to remove the skin, and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.

2. Cut the cucumbers into strips.

3. Cut the green onions into thin rings.

4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and the garlic on a fine grater.

5. Hard-boiled eggs, peel and dice.

6. Place prepared ingredients in a suitable salad bowl or bowl. In this form, the salad can be put into the refrigerator for several hours, like a blank, by tightening the dishes with plastic wrap or covering with a lid, and refuel just before serving. Thus, the dish will retain its freshness and unnecessary moisture will not be released from it.

7. Season with salt and black pepper, add sour cream, stir and serve.

8. So quickly, without wasting precious time, you can make a salad of cucumbers, cheese and eggs.

In this salad, garlic is an ingredient that can be excluded, and green onions can be completely replaced with other, less spicy herbs. This will create a dish with a fresher and softer taste.
