Avocado pasta is a tasty and healthy spread for sandwiches, which you can cook for a family for breakfast or put on a festive table. The avocado should be very soft and ripe to make it tasty and smooth.
If you wish, you can always adjust the taste of the pasta for yourself - you can add garlic, hot peppers or cilantro, then it will sparkle with completely different flavoring colors. In any case, having cooked it once, you will fall in love with it for life.
Ingredients:
Large avocado - 3 pcs.
White onion salad - 20 g
Olive oil - 1.5 tablespoons
Sea salt - to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Lime juice - 2-3 tablespoons
Preparation:
1. Prepare foods on the list. Take onions with salad, sweet varieties, otherwise the pasta will be too spicy. Peel the onion, wash it under running water, dry it.
2. Wash the avocado, dry it, cut it lengthwise into two parts. Peel the fruit (yes, an avocado is a fruit!) From the pits and peels, if it is too ripe, scoop out the pulp with a tablespoon with a sharp nose, put it in a convenient deep bowl.
3. The easiest way is to mash the avocado to a pasty state with a mashed potato crush. Then immediately pour lemon juice over the pasta, otherwise it will instantly turn black, stir.
4. Cut white sweet onions into small cubes, add them to the avocado paste, salt and pepper to taste. As I said, you can add a little garlic for taste and aroma, or hot pepper.
5. Pour in good quality olive oil, preferably the first pressing, mix well again.
6. Let the ready-made spread stand for a couple of minutes so that the onion also soaks in the lemon juice and all the flavors mix.
Transfer the avocado paste to any convenient serving dish, place sliced white or brown bread next to it and serve for breakfast or simply as a snack.
