INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes - 1 kg. (6-8 pieces of potatoes medium size)
minced meat (250 c. pork and beef) can chicken - 500 g, eggs - 1 units.
onions - 4 small head,
salt,
black pepper,
Vegetable oil - for frying.
HOW TO COOK:
Peeled potatoes. Three on a fine grater. Squeeze the grated potatoes through a folded in several layers of cheesecloth. We add one egg, salt, a little pepper and knead our potato mixture.
To potatoes not darkened, to rub an onion and stir occasionally.
The remaining bulbs finely divide and cut into halves. One part add to the minced meat in the raw state, another part of the onion and fry, too, add to our stuffing. Do not forget to add salt and pepper to taste.
In a frying pan red-hot vegetable oil, ideally of course olive oil. Then we take our potato mixture and mash it into a cake, on which lay a ball of minced meat.
Do not make a big witches to the stuffing inside the well roasted and did not stay wet.
Fry wizards to very golden brown. Spread on paper towels to stack the excess fat. Serve with vegetables.
