Turkey salad - simple, tasty, can be classified as dietary, so everyone who watches their figure will definitely like it. It turns out to be quite bright in appearance, immediately awakens a sense of appetite. The combination of vegetables and meat always gives a positive result, and if you are used to serving such dishes to the table, then you will simply have an excellent lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
Baked turkey - 150 g
Fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper - 0.5 pcs.
Red onion - 0.5 pcs.
Quail eggs - 4 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. The turkey fillet must first be baked, it is with such meat that the salad turns out to be tastier. For baking, take a small part of the fillet, brush it with salt, pepper and your favorite spices, you can also add herbs and a little lemon juice or soy sauce. Then fry in a dry skillet on both sides to create a golden brown finish. Wrap the meat in foil and place in the oven, bake for about 20 minutes, then leave it in the foil for another 10 minutes.
2. Cut the finished cooled turkey into small pieces. Since the meat was baked with spices, it is already very tasty in itself.
3. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut out the place of growth of the stalk, cut into slices.
4. Prepare a salad bowl - put chopped turkey and tomato slices into it. Peel and rinse the red sweet onion, cut into half rings and add to the rest of the ingredients.
5. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into cubes and add to a salad bowl. Season the salad with salt and pepper, butter and lemon juice. Arrange on plates.
6. Peel the boiled quail eggs, cut each in half.
7. Decorate the salad with halved eggs and serve.
