Such buns can be served with borsch instead of donuts, shish kebabs, or they can be eaten just like that. The recipe is simple, you definitely have all the ingredients at home. By the way, these buns are most delicious hot, so you need to eat them right away.
Ingredients:
potato

Preparation:
Cook 3 peeled potatoes until tender. We drain the broth (we need it), and knead the potatoes until mashed.
Now finely chop 2-3 onions and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Mix the fried onions with mashed potatoes.
Now we take 1 cup of warm potato broth. If you succeed less, then it's okay - just add some water. Add 10 grams of dry yeast and half a teaspoon of sugar to the broth. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
Now we take 1 glass of flour, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, potato broth with yeast, mashed potatoes. Knead the dough. If you feel that there is not enough flour, then add a little more. Cover the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place for 2-3 hours. During this time, the dough must be kneaded once.
As soon as it rises again, you can cook the buns. Divide the dough into small balls, form buns and put on a baking sheet. I make about 20 rolls.
You can do it in another way: roll the dough into a layer 1 cm thick, roll it up with a roll and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
We bake buns for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Ready-made buns can be sprinkled with herbs on top and served. Lush, soft and delicious buns are ready. Bon appetite!
