This salad is just a storehouse of vitamins and nutrients for the body. It is great for any weight loss or weight maintenance diet as it can easily replace one meal. or serve it for lunch with a piece of boiled or baked meat, ideally with beef, chicken, turkey or rabbit. It will also be good to serve such a salad with grilled chicken breast. In addition, it is a good option for those who are for healthy and proper nutrition, it can be entered into the PP section safely and for life.
Ingredients:
Leaf salad - 40 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Avocado - 1 pc.
Black olives - 10 pcs.
Cream cheese - 80 g
White onion - 20 g
Bulgarian pepper - 40 g
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. Prepare foods on the list. Peel the onion, wash the vegetables under running water, dry with paper towels.
2. Lettuce is fine for any dish, I like regular lettuce, iceberg or ice lettuce, which is very similar to a frieze, though without bitterness. The leaves must be rinsed under running water, dried, chopped into convenient pieces, and placed in a deep plate. Add sweet lettuce white onions, cut into half rings.
3. Pepper (preferably bright) peel of seeds and stalks, cut into small cubes. Chop a ripe tomato with the same cube. Add vegetables to a bowl to the chopped onion salad.
4. Now you need to peel the avocado from the pits and peels. Cut it and the cream cheese into approximately the same cubes as the rest of the vegetables, and put all the ingredients in a bowl.
5. Pitted olives are best cut in two, but can be cut into thin rings to make the salad look nicer. Add them to a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper, season with olive oil and wine vinegar.
6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl so they are well coated with olive oil.
7. Immediately place the cooked tomato-cheese avocado salad on plates and serve. Very simple, juicy and tasty.
