Milkshake with strawberries and ice cream

In my childhood, this drink was simply called a milkshake, now it can increasingly be found in the menu of various cafes or restaurants as a milkshake. Despite the newfangled name, it will forever remain a delicious dessert from childhood, recipe which is passed down from generation to generation, and will be the most favorite drink of all adults and children.

For this milkshake with strawberries, vanilla ice cream is best suited, and if it is still in a chocolate shell, then the finished drink will turn out much tastier.

Ingredients:

Strawberry - 400 g

Milk - 250 g

Ice cream sundae in chocolate - 120 g

Honey - optional

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Wash the strawberries under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Milk will suit absolutely any fat content that you always buy for a family for breakfast.

2. We have now started the second harvest of strawberries, they are just as fragrant, but the berries are much denser than spring ones, and green tails are a little more difficult to clean. Take a sharp knife and cut off the greens.

3. Cut large berries in half, leave small ones whole, put them in a blender bowl.

4. If the ice cream is on a stick, carefully remove it directly into the bowl, while cutting into small pieces. If it is in a waffle cup or cone, they will have to be removed; you should not add it to the cocktail.

5. Pour in milk, beat with a blender until smooth. Taste the ready-made shake, if the strawberries and ice cream are sweet enough, you can serve in portions. If the taste of the finished drink seemed sour, you can add a little liquid honey to taste, or, in extreme cases, sugar, and then beat again.

Delicious strawberry milkshake is ready - serve with a straw or a teaspoon. If desired, add a couple of ice cubes to each serving before serving.
