In the season of colds, a viburnum-ginger hot drink helps us to cleanse the body from excess mucus formation.
Ginger and viburnum are anti-slime-forming foods, so we actively use them in winter (ginger and viburnum sounds just like Ivan da Marya!)
Ingredients:
1. Ginger root - 1x1 cm piece
2. Viburnum - 1 brush
3. Water - 1-2 glasses
Preparation
We take the berries of the viburnum and a piece of ginger, wash it, clean it of all that is superfluous (berries from twigs, root from the peel).
Put it in a blender container, add warm water. Grind for about 30-40 seconds, filter through a strainer from viburnum seeds and ginger fibers (and we we don't even filter, cover with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day to get it out when want).
Then we dilute with hot water (just before use) and drink in a glass 2 times a day to improve health!
