Sweet Cake basbousa. There are different options for its preparation, in its recipe I want to offer a light version without flour and without eggs.

Ingredients

Syrup

125 grams - water
110 grams - sugar
10 grams - vanilla sugar

Cooking method

To the soft butter, add sugar and a good grind together.

Mix everything together until smooth.

Syrup we need

  • 125 grams water

Pour water into the pot, pour sugar mix.
