When I have buckwheat left over from dinner, I often cook such an omelet for breakfast. Very fast and delicious! 😊 Today I will cook one serving, but if I need more, I just increase the amount of ingredients.
You can watch it in the video below. There are also 4 more recipes from yesterday's buckwheat. Look - you will definitely like it))
I take one egg per serving. I beat it with a fork. I add half a glass of buckwheat. As I already wrote above - boiled buckwheat, which remained from dinner.
Now here - 30 g of grated cheese. salt (if the cheese is not very salty) and spices. You can use any spices. I use my favorite vegetable and herb seasoning, which I harvest myself in the summer. I have enough until next summer)) How I do it, see the video at the end of the article. I mix all the ingredients.
I grease the form with oil. You can take a deep ceramic plate or a regular cup.
I spread the prepared mixture in such a way that it will slightly increase in volume. And I put it in the microwave. With a power of 800 W, I cook for 1.5 minutes.
Here's what happens:
An omelet or casserole - I don't know what to call it. But it's delicious! Can be served with some sauce. My oldest son loves with spicy tomato sauce. And I like it better with sour cream.
Per serving:
• Buckwheat - 0.5 stack.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Cheese - 30 g
• Spices, salt
As promised, my vegetable and herb seasoning is in the video below. There is also a recipe for delicious sun-dried tomatoes and dried meat. Look - now is the season to make these blanks))
