I never cease to be amazed. Nowadays, when information about literally everything can be obtained without leaving home, there are those who still believe that the best method of losing weight is to close your mouth and not eat.

Well, in general, of course, you can't argue - there is a way to lose weight👍

And for you? Your body, your health and psychological state?

In a few years, will your stomach (and not only it) say thank you for all your hunger strikes that you organized in pursuit of a slim figure?

I doubt it. My body not only did not say thank you for all my diets, but also awarded me even more excess weight and problems with the gastrointestinal tract.

To be slim and healthy, you first need to normalize your diet. Eat foods rich in nutrients the body needs.

You need to control your diet both during weight loss and throughout your life.

It is the uncontrolled eating of everything that you wanted and caught the eye that leads to overeating and excess weight.

Calorie counting and calorie deficits will help you lose weight. And to maintain the achieved result - dietary habits developed during weight loss and nutritional control.

2 years - minus 60 kg.

I'll tell you about my diet for the day.

Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with sausage cheese (80 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (40 g).

Breakfast is higher by 460 kcal.

Finally, the weekend and even the sun made us happy!

After breakfast, we had to go on business and drop into the market, buy vegetables and some berries.

We drove past a small fountain, decided to stop to take a photo, we must take new photos for you 😉.

But even a small video turned out:

We drove home in the aroma of strawberries, I could hardly resist not to gorge on unwashed berries right in the car.

But at home I didn’t limit myself. That's how much I wanted to put in a bowl - I put so much. It turned out 560 g per 230 kcal.

Slowly ate strawberries before lunch.

I cooked a weekend meal last night. So you can rest. It remains only to prepare a side dish or salad, if you wish.

For lunch I have 130 g of chicken breast baked in curd with onions and suluguni cheese, and snack tomatoes with sour cream sauce under an egg (150 g tomato, 30 g sour cream, 5 g mustard and 1 egg).

It turned out lunch for 400 kcal.

During the day I ate 30 g of peanuts - 165 kcal.

For dinner, I had half a bell pepper stuffed with chicken breast with cottage cheese and suluguni cheese (220 g) - 250 kcal.

In just a day, it turned out as much as 1500 kcal. It seems that I didn’t eat everything, but calories came up so imperceptibly.

And can you imagine if you do not control nutrition at all?

I ate an unknown number of calories, then I wanted more tea with a cookie or something more substantial, then I got nuts. And I also wanted the berries - well, not to disappear, since it lies fresh before our eyes - it beckons. This is how overeating happens. This is how the weight grows. And we think we’ll eat one candy there, and a bowl of berries.

One to one - and plus on the scales.

Monitor your diet both during and after weight loss.

If you return to your usual diet after the "diet" - you will quickly get back the fat, which you got rid of with such difficulty.

Be healthy, eat tasty, satisfying, but controlled!
