When I got tired of walking in circles and starving on another diet, I decided that it was time to change the approach to losing weight, change not only food habits, but also my lifestyle.

And I came to counting calories, which helped me cope with excess weight, helped me change my eating habits, taught me to take a conscious approach to nutrition.

By counting calories, I now know how much food I need to lose weight and maintain my weight. At the same time, my body is already accustomed to a new way of life.

What I really like about this way of losing weight is that you can eat almost anything.

The basic rule is to comply with the daily KBZHU.

Want some dumplings? Cook and eat dumplings, but do not forget to follow the rule - dumplings should fit into the daily KBZHU.

If you want a piece of bacon - eat bacon and put it in the daytime KBZHU. And so with all products.

And then the question arises - what are you able to refuse in order to comply with KBZHU and not starve in the evening, because during the day all the calories were spent on lard? Everyone answers this question for himself.

For those who are just embarking on the path of losing weight on a calorie deficit, at the end of the article I will leave useful links for beginners.

There are days when not possible I don't want to be too lazy to count something when there is no way to cook in advance, or I just want to relax and eat what is the fastest to cook.

And I have days like this. I can go over the calorie on such days and eat something harmful, which many would say in horror - "this is not PP at all."

But thanks to the fact that I constantly monitor my diet by counting calories, I can afford those days.

More often, the day of harmfulness and food, the calorie intake of which I do not consider, is specially arranged to rock the body and prevent it from getting used to a constant calorie deficit.

With a prolonged calorie deficit, this is very useful:

  • helps not to break down - because from time to time you can afford a dish that you really want, but on an ongoing basis it is not included in the diet because of its calorie content, for example.
  • does not allow the body to get used to a constant calorie deficit, which has a beneficial effect on the process of losing weight.
  • helps to relax psychologically from calorie counting and certain restrictions on a number of foods.

But it happens that such days occur spontaneously, because the circumstances are so. And I shamelessly call such a day a day of loading and eat what I want (but all in moderation).

I had such a day this Saturday.

It all started well. I counted breakfast and I got it 350 kcal.

These are sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (70 g) with chicken pastroma (80 g) and melted cheese (40 g). And green tea.

Immediately after breakfast, we went to Moscow. There were many things planned. First of all, we stopped at the clinic for procedures.

Paka was waiting for me to be invited, looked at the tree and decided to take a picture with her. The New Year's atmosphere is already felt everywhere:

After the clinic, we went to congratulate the father-in-law on his birthday. We drank tea and I ate a piece of cake. I couldn't refuse "Prague" - one of my favorite cakes.

From that moment on, calorie counting was done away with that day.

After talking a little, we went on about our business. I also had to go to several stores. Santa Claus promised to make my dream come true and give the whole family a toaster for the New Year. And it's time to buy products and chemicals.

As a result, I stood at the checkout and realized that half of my basket was occupied by spicesπŸ˜‚:

And I still pulled myself together and persuaded to move away from the shelves with spices! And in the upper left corner of the photo they showed 7ΠΈΠΊΠΎΠ² bags of dry garlic! 7!!!

After shopping we returned home in the evening. In addition to the cake with tea at a party, nothing else was eaten.

Saved hot green tea in my now favorite thermo mug. How she saved me that day. Both warmth and appetite are dulled by hot green tea. Now the thermo mug will be a constant companion on a trip.

We arrived home and just cooked dumplings for everyone - there are always dumplings on duty in the freezer.

Here I know exactly how much I ate - 150 g (raw weight, frozen dumplings) and 30 g of natural yogurt - 350 kcal.

After the dumplings, there was also green tea with a little cold smoked pink salmon and bread. But I had already rested so well that I did not want to count anything.

After all, I have a loading day! And tomorrow back in operation! And I and my regular readers already know from our own experience that loading days only benefit weight loss.
