Since May 2018, I myself have already lost 58 kilograms and continue my path to harmony, share with you my experience, the menu for the day, and, of course, recipes for the dishes that are included in my diet.

I do not exclude all high-calorie dishes from my diet, but I try to prepare them so that I can pamper myself with my favorite treat and easily fit it into my slimming diet.

And today, I want to share with you a recipe for lasagna.

What I like is that the family eats such lasagna with pleasure and it suits me well in terms of its calorie content.

And how delicious it is!

Let's cook!

āœ…I needed (for 4-5 servings):

  • chicken fillet 1 large from which I made minced meat - 450 g,
  • large onions - 110 g,
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic - 15g,
  • 3 tomatoes cream - 140 g or better tomato paste - 1 heaped teaspoon.
  • sheets for durum wheat lasagne (I have 9 pieces - 185 g)
  • 2 jars of natural yogurt - 300g,
  • suluguni cheese - 130 g,
  • salt pepper.

Let's start cooking.

First of all, we need to prepare the filling.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Peel the tomatoes and chop finely or use a submersible blender to turn them into puree.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

We pass the stove.

Fry the onions. I use a nonstick skillet and add a little water to keep it from burning.

As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the minced meat to it and mix well. Salt and pepper the minced meat to taste. You can add a versatile vegetable seasoning if desired.

We bring the minced meat to half-readiness, fill it with tomatoes and simmer until the excess water leaves. Add garlic at the very end.

The filling is ready.

Moving on to the sauce. Stir natural yoghurt with 200 ml of water and add.

We have the main ingredients of the lasagna ready and proceed to assembling it.

I laid out the sheets of lasagna dry. If it is indicated on the packaging of your sheets to boil or pour over boiling water beforehand, follow the instructions.

We take a form with high sides, grease the bottom with sauce.

Put the lasagna sheets on the sauce. If the sheets do not match in size with the shape, we gently break them, adjusting them to fit.

Put the filling on the lasagna sheets, sprinkle with suluguni cheese.

Cover with a second layer of lasagne sheets.

Pour the sauce on top and spread the minced meat.

The layers look like this: sauce - sheets - minced meat - cheese sheets - sauce. The last layer is the sauce sprinkled with cheese.

Fill the last top layer of the leaves with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

All lasagna needs to be covered with sauce. If you don't have enough sauce, add around the edges of the water.

We remove in the oven for 200 g for 30-35 minutes. We do not cover with anything. Most of the excess water should evaporate.

That's all - a hearty and delicious dish for the whole family is ready.
