Pork with mushrooms

I offer you a recipe of pork with porcini mushrooms. This dish can be served as usual in the week and on holidays. It certainly will decorate the table and will delight guests a unique taste, which gives a gentle pork king of mushrooms - boletus. As a side dish of pork with porcini mushrooms perfect boiled potatoes, rice, pasta, vegetables.

Recipe Pork with mushrooms

Ingredients:

Pork 500 Grams (fillet),
White mushrooms 400 grams,
Onions 2 pieces,
Cheese 100 grams
Garlic cloves 2-3,
Herbs to taste (for decoration)
Salt to taste,
Pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Garlic is passed through the press.

2. Cut the pork slices, slightly repel.

3. Rub the slices of meat minced garlic, salt, pepper. Then lightly fry the meat in vegetable oil.

4. Next, finely chop the onion.

5. Fry in a separate pan.

6. Pre-cooked porcini mushrooms cut into as small pieces.

7. Then add them to the onions and fry until cooked.

8. Meanwhile, rub the cheese.

9. Grease baking dish and spread therein ingredients layers: 1) 2 pork), mushrooms and onions 3) grated cheese.

10. The finished dish is served with greens and vegetables.
