Ingredients for the Buns:

cottage cheese
flour
sugar
yeast
milk
eggs
butter (can substitute for baking margarine)
salt
starch
powdered sugar
vanilla sugar

Mix 1 cup of warm milk, 1 package dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar. Stir and leave for 10 minutes, the yeast started to "work".

Now take 2 cups of flour, add 1 teaspoon of salt incomplete, milk with yeast, 50 g of melted butter and 2 eggs, beaten until smooth with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. Also, put the dough 1 package of vanilla sugar.

Kneading the dough, gradually pour more flour. The dough should have a soft and elastic, it does not stick to hands. Remove the dough in a warm place, so that it rose and increased approximately 2-fold.

Prepare the filling for the buns. 0.5 kg of curd was mixed with 5 tablespoons sugar, add the vanilla sugar, 1-2 eggs. If filling received a "liquid", add 1.5-2 tablespoons of starch.
