Let's put it into action. 🌰 Let me remind you that almonds are a wonderful source of calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium, vitamins B, E, - in general, it is rich in everything that your skeletal system, heart, blood vessels, nervous system, brain need brain. 🥥 Coconut restores strength, strengthens the immune system, restores vision, has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects. Coconut oil helps with the absorption of calcium, thus helping to strengthen teeth and bones (a good addition to almonds, which are just rich in calcium). Bon Appetit!
Ingredients: bagasse (50/50 almonds/coconut), eggs, banana, raisins, soda, salt, corn or other flour, approximate proportions. Choose according to consistency
Cooking method:
Grind cake, eggs and bananas with a submersible blender to a homogeneous consistency.
Add soda, salt, raisins and flour. Knead.
We make cheesecakes. Fry in melted butter until tender.
