The recipe is very simple, for those who like to eat tasty food, but do not want to bother with cooking. This recipe for sauerkraut is just that.

Cooking:
Finely chop the cabbage and place in a suitable bowl.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the cabbage.
Squeeze the cabbage with carrots with your hands so that the juice appears. You do not need to press hard, just squeeze the cabbage several times to make it soft.
We shift the cabbage with carrots into the most ordinary plastic bag (you can take two).
Add salt, sugar and tie the bag. Shake so that the sugar and salt are evenly distributed over the cabbage.
Leave at room temperature for 24 hours. At the same time, every 4-6 hours the bag must be shaken so that the cabbage is mixed.
Then we put it in the refrigerator for 2-2.5 days. And you can try.
It turns out very tasty sauerkraut - crispy, juicy, just super!
