As I can see, many find it very difficult to make friends with the idea that you can lose weight without starving.
It is possible to lose weight without punishing yourself with insipid and not tasty food.
You must admit that life will become more beautiful if you understand that you can get rid of excess weight, which brings a lot of problems both in health and in the social sphere, by more gentle methods.
In total, you need to control your diet, switch to less high-calorie foods, and also cook not like we used to, frying oils in the sea, but find ways to process foods that are suitable for you. For example, I really like to bake everything - it saves time and it turns out tasty.
How do you control your diet?
Very simple, especially in our time of omnipotent smartphones. Download any calorie counter, record all the food you eat and do not exceed the number of calories you need per day.
But if you want to starve, break down, recruit all over again - I do not insistπ - continue.
I'll move on to the menu for the day and tell you how my Monday went.
Breakfast today - two boiled eggs (60 g each, in the end I shared 1 half of the egg) and two buckwheat bread (30 g) with melted cheese (60 g) and a leaf of arugula.
It turned out breakfast for 410 kcal.
So I got up early today to get more time, but all day like a squirrel in a wheel. And a lot of work needs to be done, and after the weekend to clean the apartment, and run to the store and go for the ordered products by a certain time.
I noticed that when on weekends I relax, walk and practically do not pay attention to work - by Monday everything just like a snowball accumulates for me.
It was great in autumn and winter, I distributed work on weekends, but in the summer I want to take a walk. We have to catch up from Monday.
Today for percussion I wanted a vegetable salad with feta cheese.
Having removed and finished all the chores around the house, I quickly made myself a salad.
Cucumber - 110g, radish - 70g, feta cheese - 40g and a drop of olive oil - 240 kcal.
Having a bite I went to the computer. There was still a lot of work before lunch, and after lunch I had to prepare food for several days, so that later I would not be distracted by cooking.
It's good that there was still chicken broth that I cooked at the weekend and there was no need to think about what to eat for lunch.
Lunch - 400 g of chicken broth and 100 g of boiled vermicelli.
It turned out lunch for 240 kcal.
After lunch, I ran to the store and took the vegetables and fruits that I ordered.
Today I wanted to bake something with strawberries, but having been busy in the kitchen with cooking fish for dinner for myself and family, a side dish, as well as baked zucchini with chicken breast, I saw that I did not have time to bake a delicious for tea. But I prepared food for a couple of days for sure.
Well, okay, especially since I didn't want to do anything, and when there is no desire and mood, it is better not to get involved with baking.
Yes, and in the evening I had to tinker a little more at the computer - I need to take a break before work in order to collect my thoughts.
For dinner, I had 150 grams of boiled potatoes and 200 grams of cod stewed in cream with tomatoes and spices.
Dinner - 335 kcal.
We have dinner early, at 17 o'clock. Therefore, 3 hours before bedtime, I allow myself to eat something else.
Today - these are berries 400 g - 175 kcal
As a result, the day went to 1400 kcal.
I drank about 3 liters of water today. I can't even imagine how it turns outπ.
Previously, I did not drink water at all, I thought enough and sweet tea. And my legs were always swollen. What can we say about the heat. In the heat, my ankles were like those of an elephant.
And now I calmly drink water, by 15 o'clock I had already drunk 2 liters of water: on an empty stomach in the morning a glass of water, then a glass before each meal. And I have a 1.5 liter bottle of water on the table next to me when I work at the computer. Water is always in front of our eyes - I saw and drank.
