Soup with meatballs in a slow cooker

Admin

You can significantly reduce the time for preparing the first course for lunch using a multicooker, for example, making soup with meatballs in it. Rich and hearty hot meals will be enjoyed by adults, schoolchildren and small children alike.

Meatballs are created in advance and frozen - you can put them in bags or containers and use them in portions. In addition to their and the standard set of vegetables, the soup is often complemented with pasta, noodles or cereals. Frozen meatballs are placed 15 minutes before the end of cooking the soup in a slightly boiling broth.

Fresh dill gives the dish a bright taste. You can add parsley instead. Use frozen or pickled greens in winter.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen meatballs - 10 pcs.
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs. (large)
  • Pasta - 80 g
  • Carrots - 0.5 pcs.
  • Bulb onion - 1 pc.
  • Water - 1.2 l
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
  • Bay leaf - 5 pcs.
  • Dill - 0.5 bunch
Step 1 of 6

Prepare food.

Step 2 of 6

Peel potato tubers, carrots and onions. Rinse root vegetables in water, rinsing off dirt, cut out spoiled areas, if any.

Cut the onions and carrots into small cubes, the potatoes medium. Place the vegetable cuts into the multicooker bowl. Pour in water, add salt and bay leaves. Activate the "Soup" or "Cooking" mode on the vehicle board for 40 minutes.

Step 3 of 6

Pour pasta into the bowl 20 minutes after cooking. If you use cereals (rice, millet, buckwheat), be sure to rinse it several times before adding it. No need to rinse the pasta!

Step 4 of 6

After another 5 minutes, put the meatballs in the broth - they can be from any minced meat, the main thing is that it contains a chicken egg, otherwise the meat balls will fall apart during cooking. Season the broth and cook until almost cooked.

Step 5 of 6

Rinse the dill 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking. Chop it up and add it to the soup.

Stir gently and taste the dish. Adjust it if necessary by adding salt or other spices. You can use seasoning for meat, pilaf, chicken, etc.

Step 6 of 6

After the multicooker beeps, pour the hot soup into bowls. Let it cool slightly and serve with bread, sour cream or mayonnaise - taste.

The main plus of the multicooker is that the first one can be left on heating, if not all relatives have time for lunch!
