Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe Baked Potatoes "Boulanger". Such potatoes are prepared very simply, and the result is surprising with its taste and appearance. I learned the recipe quite by accident from a chef friend, which I am very happy about, now I will have a very tasty potato side dish on my New Year's table. If you wish, you can bake it in portioned molds.

Recipe:

Potatoes -1 kg.

Bow -2-3pcs

chicken broth -200 ml

Milk -200ml

COOKING METHOD

Peel 1 kg potatoes and cut into thin slices, you can do it with a knife, I do it with a vegetable cutter. Cut the onion into half rings.

We take a suitable form, grease with oil, put a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions. And so we alternate layers. We make the top layer from potatoes.
Pour 200 ml broth into the potatoes.

Pour potatoes with broth, now pour in 200 ml of milk. Lubricate the top with melted butter so that the potatoes become golden brown.


Cover the top with foil, put in the oven and cook at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and cook until ruddy potatoes, it all depends on your oven and the type of potatoes I cook for another 40 minutes, turn on in 10 minutes grill.

Here's a potato turns out. As I already said, you can cook in portions, put the potatoes in the form of a rose and bake in the oven. You can add only broth if desired, and do not add milk. Serve such potatoes with sour cream, and of course any meat, fish or vegetables.
The potatoes are tender and very tasty. I recommend cooking.
