Any beef steak, even the finest quality, can be cooked in several ways. One of these is in the marinade.

Making a delicious steak marinade is easy, just have a few popular sauces in the fridge. Marinated meat is always soft and juicy. An ideal side dish for it would be mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable salad.

Ingredients:

Olive oil - 3 tablespoons

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Worcester sauce - 1 tablespoon

Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.

Sugar - 1.5 tsp

Sea salt - to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare foods from the list. It is desirable that all sauces are at room temperature.

2. In a deep bowl, in which it will be convenient to marinate the meat later, pour the olive oil, Worcester and soy sauces, red wine vinegar, add a pinch of black pepper and just a little seafood salt.

3. Pour in sugar - do not be surprised, with it the marinade turns out to be tastier and it gives an incomparable caramel crust on the steak. Of course, it will be healthier with cane sugar, but if it is not there, you can add regular granulated sugar.

4. Using a whisk or ordinary fork, beat everything until smooth - the marinade should become glossy.

5. The marinade for the beef steak is ready.

6. Place the room temperature beef steaks in the cooked marinade and let sit for at least an hour.

Cook marinated meat in the way you are used to. I prefer to fry the beef in a hot skillet on both sides until it is nicely golden brown and cook in the oven. Be sure to boil mashed potatoes with steaks.

As you can see, preparing a delicious marinade for beef steak is very quick and easy, and the result will delight everyone with its taste.
