A simple but delicious dish is stewed cabbage with minced meat. Cooking is not difficult at all. Today I suggest stewing cabbage with mixed minced meat, it is this option that gives the most delicious result. I suggest using pork and beef in equal proportions. However, it is better to cook minced meat yourself, at home. Add carrots and onions to the recipe, a little granulated garlic. Ingredients:

Cabbage - 400 g

Minced pork and beef - 300 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Dry garlic - 1 tsp

Prepare all the food you need. Make minced pork and beef the day before. Peel the carrots and onions, remove the top leaves from the cabbage.

Chop the carrots with a medium grater, make small shavings. Just cut the onion into cubes.

You can chop cabbage with a special grater or with a sharp knife. Try to make the cabbage slices thin.

Heat the frying pan well, add oil. Add minced meat immediately. Fry it for five minutes, breaking it constantly with a spoon or spatula so that there are no large lumps of meat.

After a while, add vegetables - carrots and onions to the minced meat. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Add cabbage to the pan. Add dry garlic, salt and pepper. Stir all ingredients. Cook cabbage for 15 minutes - the heat should be less than average, it is better to simmer under the lid.
