Ingredients:
Cabbage - 400 g
Minced pork and beef - 300 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 1 tsp
Description:
Prepare all the food you need. Make minced pork and beef the day before. Peel the carrots and onions, remove the top leaves from the cabbage.
Chop the carrots with a medium grater, make small shavings. Just cut the onion into cubes.
You can chop cabbage with a special grater or with a sharp knife. Try to make the cabbage slices thin.
Heat the frying pan well, add oil. Add minced meat immediately. Fry it for five minutes, breaking it constantly with a spoon or spatula so that there are no large lumps of meat.
After a while, add vegetables - carrots and onions to the minced meat. Fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Add cabbage to the pan. Add dry garlic, salt and pepper. Stir all ingredients. Cook cabbage for 15 minutes - the heat should be less than average, it is better to simmer under the lid.
After a while, remove the sample.
After that, arrange the dish on plates and serve.
