The sun shines brighter and brighter every day! Daylight is coming! Maslenitsa is coming soon!

Do you want pancakes, but don't want to clog yourself with white flour? There is a solution! Pancake baking without flour! ;)

Today we baked some non-standard pancakes, we share with you. You can make completely raw pancakes, but it is difficult (for example, dried in a dehydrator), they can be made more useful (semi-raw) in the sense that you can use a pancake eat a lot of healthy live filling (for example: berry, nut paste, honey, yellow ghee ...) and then it will compensate and balance the slight harm of the pancake itself. The balance will be 50x50! Begin.

Ingredients:

1. Green buckwheat (1 glass)

2. Min water (1 glass) if you need perforated pancakes, but you can use regular

3. Ghee butter (half or 1 teaspoon)

4. Cane sugar (1 tsp. the spoon)

5. Vegetable oil (1 drop)

Preparation

Soak green buckwheat in water for a day. Then rinse with water, pour into a blender container, fill with water, add cane. sugar (without sugar it is possible, but the pancakes will be pale), "Ghee" butter. Beat until smooth (pancake dough), pour into a separate container. Lubricate (lightly) the pan with oil, heat it and start baking the pancakes (if they do not blur well or turn over, then adjust the water in the dough a little). Pancakes were quickly baked (from this amount of ingredients, a purely symbolic amount of pancakes is obtained, if desired, you can double or triple the products). Bon Appetit! Great spring mood! :)

Sunny mood! Thank you for being with us, friends! :)
