I have suffered with overweight in my life. And diets and hunger strikes - which just did not try. And like many, it was within the framework of stereotypes. Less "eat" - then you will lose weight.
And what does "eat less" lead to? Yes, only to the fact that after finishing the diet and having received at least some result that should be preserved and increased, we run rather to eat what we refused on the diet.
Isn't that what happened and is happening with you?
And it is precisely this eating behavior that must be changed in order to change oneself and get rid of excess weight forever.
Calorie counting helped me not only lose weight without hunger and hard restrictions, but also taught me to control my diet. Now I clearly realize what and how much I can eat, my eating habits have changed dramatically and I no longer want those fatty foods that once seemed tasty to me.
For example, I will show my menu on the calculation of KBZHU.
Breakfast sandwiches on darnytsky bread (70 g) with avocado (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (70 g) with green tea.
It turned out breakfast for 370 kcal.
There are those with a sweet tooth who cannot live without sweets or pastries, and I cannot for a long time without salted or smoked red fish. I will trade any cakes and sweets for a red fish.
And now I began to buy it much more often than before. Because there was a reallocation of the budget. And if earlier a lot of money was spent on semi-finished products: sausages, sausages, a lot of store baked goods were bought and other food waste, now all this is bought in very limited quantities or not at all is bought. But there was an opportunity to buy more expensive products and more often than before.

I decided not to bother with a snack today, and I was lazy, I didn't want to do anything at all. Friday seems to work this way for me.
I just cut an egg in half, put carp caviar (40 g) on ββit and cut a tomato (100 g).
I poured tea and went to work on the sly.
The snack came out on 170 kcal.
Today I remembered that the day before yesterday I put a chicken breast to marinate in the refrigerator to make pastroma. And now, for more than a day, I have it pickled there.
Yes, and I remembered by chance, in the morning my eyes fell on her in the refrigerator, when I was taking food for breakfast.
She immediately took it out, smeared the breast with spices: garlic, hops-suneli, pepper and put it in the oven for 12 minutes. By lunchtime, the pastroma was ready and almost cooled. I'll leave the recipe in a reminder.
I donβt know about you, but sometimes I like to eat a lukewarm one as a hot dish.
So today I put some of the pastroma in the fridge for sandwiches instead of sausage, and left some for lunch.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled buckwheat, 130 g of chicken pastroma and 50 g of sweet pepper.
Happened for lunch 275 kcal.
Today they brought a sea bass, which I ordered. My freezer is completely full now. We can probably live on stocks for a month or a month and a half.
I left some of the fish to cook for dinner.
I decided to fry the perch in batter. I made a batter in water, an egg and with a little flour - it turned out to be a pretty batter like for pancakes. Salted and pepper the fish, dipped it in batter and fried in a little oil.
I haven't eaten such a fish for a long time. For some reason, I like to fry red fish without batter, without deboning in flour. Just grill with spices or bake.
But you want perch or cod in batter. I can afford it once every six months. Moreover, everything fits perfectly into my KBZHU.
But. My batter failed π. Because I have become greedy for flour in dishes. I wouldnβt make a batter with the consistency of pancakes, as always. No. I decided that I was greedy and added less flour.
But the perch itself is a delicious fish, we all love it. So the slipped batter didn't ruin the dinner. There will be a lesson for me. π
Dinner - 200 g of fried perch in batter, 100 g of mashed potatoes and vegetables (tomato and pepper 100 g).
Dinner for 490 kcal.
There were even free calories left for tea with chocolate (30 g) - 165 kcal. I drank tea with chocolate 3 hours before bedtime.
Result of the day: 1460 kcal. B - 119, F - 66, U - 98.
I am often asked about meal times. Once again I will tell you my approximate schedule. I don't know what this information gives you, but since many people ask, it means that it gives you something, right?
Approximately: breakfast at 8 o'clock, snack at 11 o'clock, lunch at 13 o'clock, dinner at 17 o'clock and before bed (2-3 hours before), if there are free calories I can eat something with tea. And there are often free calories, because I deliberately distribute the calorie intake of the day in such a way that I do not stay hungry in the evening.
And if they started talking about the regime, then we will not forget about the drinking regime: I drink water on an empty stomach in the morning, before each meal for minutes for 15 and during the day at will, when water comes into contact with the eye So the amount of water I need is collected - about 2 liters.
By the way. The weekend is just around the corner! Who has decided to pamper himself with what, than to cheat with something delicious?
I don't even plan anything, because I have to go to the clinic on Saturday for procedures and a whole bunch of things to do in Moscow. We will act according to the circumstances!
