Ah, the smell of yummy shawarma in the street when you pass the preparation of shawarma place, straight mouth water! I offer a simple and very tasty recipe shawarma home for the whole family. Ingredients:
Lavash 4 pieces (large sheet)
Chicken fillet 2 pieces
Tomatoes 2 pc
Pickles 2 pcs
cabbage 250g
sour cream 150g
mayonnaise 50g
Ketchup Chili 50g
Salt 1ch.l.
The mixture Paprika 0.5 tsp
Seasoning for chicken 1ch.l.
Seasoning Khmeli Suneli 2 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying

Homemade shawarma Start with cooking the sauce.

Take sour cream, mayonnaise, dry seasoning hops suneli and pickled cucumber, grate on a medium grater. All stir and let stand, seasoning shows its spicy flavor and aroma.

Until the sauce infused proceed with the preparation of chicken.

Take the chicken, cut lengthwise into two parts. Into small pieces do not need to be cut, the meat will dry. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper and seasoning for chicken on both sides. Sear the meat on the heated pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Allow to cool. Then cut into pieces.

Prepare the vegetables for the filling: Take a fresh tomato cut in half and then into slices. Fresh cabbage chop, as a salad. Pickle slice into thin slices.

Take Armenian lavash. First grease the pita sauce, ketchup, and then lay out the filling of the order of: meat, cabbage, tomato, pickle.

Wrap the pita bread rolls and fry on both sides in a dry pan or griddle-grilled.
