It's time to check weighing. Today, however, I did not just check weighing and summing up the results of the experiment - a week without bread.
I will not weary, here they are the results:
Minus 500 g per week without bread, a week ago on the scales was the figure - 85.4 kg. While you will not ship their findings, sensations. I try to formulate separately and later share. In the meantime, to express their opinion).
And today I have for breakfast does not welcome sandwiches and ovsyanoblin with curd cheese (30 g), salted chum (50 g) and cucumber (60 g) under the Green Tea.

Breakfast is turned on 445 kcal.
Ovsyanoblin prepared as follows: 45 grams of oatmeal, dry ground in a blender (I did not like a pancake with Oatmeal is not milled, the teeth are not nice), then add the egg and 60 grams of milk, salt and a pinch of baking soda added. The first half of the day as usual after the weekend I busy household chores and cooking. And after dinner - the work on the computer.
Today did not go to swim, I felt very much a cool breeze, and there were many cases, one and a half hours was a pity. And judging by the weather forecast - in swimming I will break.
For lunch I had about 350 of hash Its hash recipe I shared with you here. Today hash without potatoes, but put 2 eggs.
Lunch turned on 330 kcal.
At dinner today for all pepper stuffed chicken breast with spice and cheese.
Two halves of pepper - 350 g - 240 kcal.

Water today pilas bad, but the rate (30 ml per kilogram of body weight), I mastered.
I want to remind about skin care. Those who are just starting your weight loss path, begin immediately and take care of your skin (especially if you are losing weight to heavy weight). Scrubs, body wraps, body milk with the addition of liquid vitamins A and E, douche - all this can be done at home. Not much time will be spent on your care, but the skin will not develop like sails in the wind, when you'll slim).
