I bought milk for my morning coffee. The expiration date was ok. Another week had to live. I put it right in the refrigerator.

Why it was sour in the morning is a mystery. Poured into a saucepan and left for a day beforesour at room temperature. In the evening, a liter of homemade kefir turned out.

Prepared two dishes. Pie with sausages, cheese and herbs and manna.

🍽 WHAT IS NEEDED 🍽

* sour milk / kefir / yogurt / acidophilus - 600 ml
* egg - 2 pieces
* sausages / sausage / ham - at your discretion (you can do without them)
* cheese - 150 grams
* greens (onion, dill, parsley) - 30-50 grams
* flour - 1.5 cups
* baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
* cherry tomatoes on a branch - for taste and beauty
* salt to taste

Lactic acid component, eggs, baking powder and flour throw into the blender and whisk until smooth. The dough should be thick enough.

Cheese rub on a coarse grater, greens chop. Sausages / sausages cut to your taste. Further you will see why I cut this way πŸ‘‡

Cheese mix with herbs πŸ‘‡

Baking dish grease vegetable oil, sprinkle breadcrumbs or semolina (like me), pour out half the dough, lay out the sausage / sausage products, lay out the cheese and greens filling πŸ‘‡

Then pour out the second part of the test and put a sprig with tomatoes πŸ‘‡

Around the edges sprinkle cheese grated on a fine grater πŸ‘‡

We send in the oven for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 160 degrees (be guided by your oven), readiness check a toothpick or wooden skewer.
