I wanted to cook a delicious pink salmon fish. But everyone knows that the meat of this fish is rather dry. So I decided to cook pink salmon in milk. Milk tends to soften the fibers and at the same time does not change the taste of the fish. The fish turns out delicious, tender, juicy, literally melts in your mouth. If you do not have milk, then you can replace it with sour cream, diluted water. Cook with pleasure and enjoy delicious fish.
Ingredients: Pink salmon fillet, Carrots, Onion, Flour, Milk, Vegetable oil, Salt, Ground black pepper
Cooking method:
Wash the pink salmon fillet, remove the skin, remove the bones (if any), cut into portions.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into cubes. Fry onions with carrots.
Pour flour, salt, pepper into a plate, mix. Dip fish in flour on both sides.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put the fish, fry on both sides.
When the fish is fried on the second side, put the vegetable roast on it, then pour milk over it.
Simmer covered for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
