Hello friends! Today I'm making chicken pancakes. They are tastier and better than some chicken cutlets. They can also be prepared in reserve and stored in the freezer. Then reheat in the oven or microwave and lunch or dinner is ready!

GENTLE CHICKEN Fritters - PREPARATIONS

  • Cut the onion into small cubes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until cooked and let it cool.

  • Mix everything well again until relatively homogeneous mass.

  • Fry quickly - one and a half to two minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • If you want to keep the cutlets in reserve, then the fried pancakes need to be cooled and sent to the freezer.
  • For food, put the fried pancakes on parchment and put in the oven for 10 minutes. After that, you can eat.
