I saw on the Internet an interesting way to sculpt buns and decided to try it. It turned out beautiful and delicious. #bakery products
Ingredients: Milk, Pumpkin Puree, Dry Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Flour, Sprinkling, Cinnamon, Sugar, Lezon, Yolk, Milk
Cooking method:
Mix warm milk with warm puree. Add salt, sugar, oil, yeast and mix. Sprinkle flour, knead the dough. Cover and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Knead the dough. For convenience, divided into two parts. Divide each into 6-8 more parts. Roll out a circle from the workpiece, not very thin. Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the workpiece. Cut into 4 equal parts.
Fold each piece in half across. And stack them on top of each other.
Turn the blanks with sharp ends up and press, for this I use a Chinese chopstick (you can also use a long pencil or brush).
We form a leaf. To do this, we connect the ends of the upper part, and press the others in turn to each other, to the middle of the previous part.
Holding the top of the leaf, pull out the stick and form a ponytail.
Put the buns on a greased baking sheet, cover with a napkin and leave for 10-15 minutes. Lubricate with lezon. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Happy tea!
