This is my favorite salad! Whatever new salads I'm ready, "Olivier" is always my favorite, especially in the New Year! I think it is rare in a family New Year's table complete without this salad. A few days ago found here is a recipe for its preparation, it was interesting to try to cook... And now I can not say for sure which option I like - classic or this.

As for the classic "Olivier" is necessary to pre-boil the potatoes, eggs, carrots, cut into cubes and place in a salad bowl.
