5. Put a ripe tomato cut into thin rings on the onion, lightly grease it with mayonnaise - this will make the chop juicy and soft.

6. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. We send the workpiece to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes in the top and bottom heating mode without convection.

7. Prepare your favorite side dish and serve the meat with tomatoes and cheese immediately after baking.
