The biscuits are crumbly, they melt right in the mouth - very tasty! And most importantly, it takes very little time to prepare it - the dough is kneaded for 5 minutes, and the cookies are baked for about 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:

flour
mayonnaise
butter
eggs
sugar
salt
baking powder
vanilla sugar or vanillin

To make these cookies, we need 200 grams of softened butter and 200 grams of mayonnaise. Beat with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Then add one egg, half a teaspoon of salt, one glass of sugar, and vanillin or vanilla sugar to taste. You can do without vanillin, it will also be very tasty. Beat the mass again until smooth.

Now add 3.5 cups of flour mixed with one teaspoon of baking powder. Knead the dough and put it in a cooking bag. We take a curly nozzle.

Using a culinary bag, we make cookies directly on a baking sheet covered with paper. By the way, the parchment can be slightly greased with butter.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet at a distance of about 1 cm from each other. If desired, sprinkle with something on top, such as poppy seeds, coconut flakes or seeds. But you can leave it that way.

Cooking cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 15-20 minutes, the cookies are ready.

NOTE: Don't be intimidated that the recipe contains both mayonnaise and butter. The cookies are completely not fatty. It is precisely due to the oil and mayonnaise that such a crumbly, "melting" texture is obtained.
