Simple in performance and yes, very tasty! The perfect recipe for any fish.
If you love fish, then this recipe is for you! But even those who do not eat fish in this version will also ask for an additive! Checked))
The most delicate and very tasty fish in juicy pita leaves.
First, marinate onions. Salt, add apple cider vinegar and half a glass of water. I mix and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Then I drain the water. And I send about half of the pickled onions to the blender bowl. The rest of the bow is still needed))
I add greens, mustard, an egg and olive oil to the onions (if you don't like olive oil, any other will do)
I grind it all in a blender. Then pour into a bowl, add a spoonful of sour cream and mix. If you don't have a blender, you can finely chop everything.
You can take any fish! I have pollock fillet today. I thawed it and salted it to taste.
Dip in the prepared sauce.
I cut the tomatoes thinly. You can do without tomatoes, of course, but they are tastier and juicier with them.
On a sheet of pita bread I spread one or two slices of tomato, then fish in sauce, add a little more sauce. Above is a bow (which I left on purpose).
I wrap pita bread. We get these envelopes:
Beat another egg in a bowl, add 1-2 tbsp. sour cream, salt and mix. I also add some hard cheese, grated on a fine grater. But cheese, of course, you can not add.
And I put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. I cook for 30-35 minutes.
I serve the envelopes hot, but cold is also very, very tasty! Preparing is elementary, but it turns out a gorgeous dish that can be served on a festive table.
Try it! I will wait for your feedback))
