Found a way to reduce the number of movements when making bread crumbs.
I used to make bread crumbs in a completely different way. First, she dried the pieces of bread, and then chopped them in a blender. And my mother did it in a meat grinder.
Not a bad way. But let's count the movements:
- find a board
- cut bread on it into pieces
- put on a baking sheet
- put in the oven and dry
- get a blender (or meat grinder)
- grind ready-made crackers in it (in it)
- wash, dry and assemble the blender (meat grinder), put in place. These movements are the most difficult))
Moreover, after such use, the blender bowl became all scratched inside (write if you have something wrong). And I am too lazy to cook such crackers (remember about a blender 🤨).
Well, a lot of movement! It was easier to buy!
But I found a way so much faster (and plus crackers are flakes, not small crumbs). In such a breading, the product takes less oil and looks more appetizing.
And most importantly, there are half the movements!
Bread or loaf using any grater that is at hand, rub directly on the baking sheet.
It turns out this crumb:
It remains to put the baking sheet in the oven and dry this crumb. ALL!
Moreover, the crumb dries several times faster than slices of bread. Those. also the operating time of the oven is reduced decently!
Try this method (unless, of course, you have tried before. I'm sure you will like it))
When I still have bread, and crackers are not needed at the moment, I rub it on a grater and put it in a bag.
I tie the bag and put it in the freezer. And when I urgently need bread crumbs, I send this crumb to the oven. And after 10 minutes, the breading can already be used!
In the video below, this method is at 02:42. There are also many more ideas with bread. Take a look - you'll love it!
