#quickly #hodgepodge #meat saltwort #smoked saltwort I first tried this soup at a party 10 years ago and now, having made my own adjustments, I try to cook it more often. Solyanka is a thick rich soup with different types of meat and smoked meats. The dish is obtained with a pleasant sourness, not sour, and rich meat flavor. Solyanka is very nutritious and suitable for a winter family dinner. All ingredients are designed for a 3-liter pan.
Ingredients: pork pulp, water, smoked chicken breast, smoked pork ham, cervelata, onion, carrot, salted cucumber, tomato paste, brine, bay leaves, peppercorns, olives, olives, capers, salt to taste, dill, lemon, sour cream
Cooking method:
Wash the pork, pat dry and cut into long strips. Put on the bottom of the pan, pour 2 liters of water and put on fire. After boiling, remove scale from the meat, add bay leaf, peppercorns and cook for 30 minutes.
Peel onions and carrots, wash, cut into cubes, send to a hot frying pan to sauté. Cut pickled cucumbers into strips and add to overcooking.
Put the tomato paste there and pour in the brine, mix and simmer under the lid for 15 minutes.
Cut the smoked meat into strips and lightly fry in a dry frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
Add dressing, fried smoked ingredients, olives, olives, capers to the broth and boil the soup for another 10 minutes. Let it brew.
Pour the finished hodgepodge into plates, add a slice of lemon and a spoonful of sour cream! Bon Appetit!
