Pancakes with onions and eggs

Ingredients: Egg, Salt, Sugar, Kefir, Flour, Soda, Green onions, Boiled egg

Cooking method:

In a bowl, combine the egg, salt and sugar. Beat well with a whisk.

I add kefir. But kefir is not cold! Then the dough turns out better and the pancakes are tastier.

I mix the egg with kefir and gradually add the sifted flour to the dough. Flour usually takes me 170-190 g. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream. At the very end, I add soda and mix again.

Now the "filling". Be sure to green onions and two boiled eggs, finely chopped.

Add to bowl and mix. The dough should not be liquid! It should not drain from the spoon, but should "fall off" If suddenly the dough is liquid, I add more flour.

I spread the dough with a spoon in a pan with heated oil and fry on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust. It is important here! The fire should be medium.

I put the finished pancakes on a paper towel.
