✅👌Classic fried cutlets, who doesn't love them?
A good housewife knows how to cook delicious and juicy cutlets. Cutlets are already a full-fledged dish, to which it is enough to serve some kind of vegetable salad as a side dish.
Today I want to offer you a recipe for what seems to be the same cutlets, but in a completely different interpretation.
✨ Such cutlets do not need to be fried, and you do not have to stand at the stove and there will be no greasy splashes on it.
And they can be served as a main course on a festive table, I'm sure the guests will like it!🥰
📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙
Minced meat (absolutely any) - 400-500 g
Onions - 2 pcs. (small)
Carrots - 1 pc. (average)
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Egg - 1 pc. (if the minced meat is dry)
Salt, spices - to taste
Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
Tomatoes - 1 pc.
Hard (semi-hard) cheese - 30 g.
Vegetable oil - for frying
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
First of all, peel the onions and carrots, then cut only one onion into small cubes, and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
Next, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up, lay out the chopped vegetables and fry until soft, stirring with a spatula, for a few minutes and turn it off.
Now we take the remaining second head of onions, grate or grind in a blender, or scroll through a meat grinder and mix with minced meat. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper the minced meat, season with other spices if desired.
Knead with your hands. If the minced meat after mixing turns out to be not viscous, disintegrates in the hands, add the egg and mix again. But from experience I want to say that without an egg it turns out juicier.
Now we take any muffins for baking muffins (you can also use disposable ones) and put the minced meat in them, about 3 tsp. l. Tamp down slightly.
Now finely chop the pickled or pickled cucumbers and put them on top of the minced meat.
Distribute the carrot and onion roast on top.
Then cut the tomato into slices and place one circle in each mold. We send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

After the specified time, remove the mold from the oven and sprinkle each portion with grated cheese (it is not necessary, but it tastes better). And then we return to the oven for literally another 5 minutes, here it is enough for the cheese to just melt.

Let the finished dish stand for a while, and then remove the cutlets from the slots and serve with your favorite side dish. It turns out very juicy and satisfying. And you can experiment endlessly with the filling. Cook, taste, Bon appetit! 🍽
