Ingredients: - vegetable or meat broth, Wed s-ra - beets, - white cabbage, Wed s-ra - potatoes, Wed s-ra - carrots, Wed s-ra - onions, salt, spices, dried herbs, dried garlic, paprika, hops-suneli, chili pepper, vegetable oil - for sautéing, drain oil, sour cream - for refueling
Cooking method:
Finely chop the cabbage, add it to the boiling broth.
After 20 minutes, throw in the potatoes, cut into small strips.
In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, sauté finely chopped onions and carrots grated on a fine grater, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, add seasoning to taste at the end (we will add this to the soup, 5 minutes before readiness)
Saute the finely grated beets, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar and add a piece of butter. Season also at the end (add 5 minutes before the soup is ready)
When potatoes with cabbage are ready, add all the ingredients, add salt to taste.
